Uber Surge UI suggestions

Getting an Uber on News Year Eve seemed a bit tricky, especially with the price surge.  I had a look at the price surge screenshots and I feel the warnings weren’t very good. No wonder so many people got sprung by the price surge. Here are my suggestions for Uber. This way, it’s clearer for users who use the app about the price surge.
